Make Your Healthy Breakfast at Night!

Students from kindergarten to high school can make this fun and easy recipe for a brain healthy start to your day. Prepare your breakfast the night before and enjoy delicious overnight oats the next morning. The best part is you can add your favorite nuts and fruits. Nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, chia seeds and peanuts and contain omega fatty acids that support brain health. Fruit has essential vitamins and minerals to get your brain awake and ready for the school day. Feed your brain this superfood meal to get the jumpstart you need for focus, concentration and academic excellence at CalPac!
Overnight Oats Recipe:
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk
¼ cup nuts of our choice
½ cup fruit of your choice
A pinch of cinnamon
Pour coconut milk over oats, cinnamon, nuts and fruit. Leave overnight or for a few hours and enjoy!
